Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep” in Sanskrit. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that allows you to relax deeply and experience a profound connection to your True Self. It is a powerful practice that does not require any meditation experience.

You will simply lie on the floor and listen to my voice. The meditation will last about 45 minutes. This practice may bring about healing on many levels and allow you to experience a sense of wholeness and connection with all things. See for yourself.
