Kundalini yoga combines dynamic movements (kriyas), conscious breathing (pranayama), meditation, and the chanting of mantras to bring balance to the body, mind, and soul. Also known as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini yoga practices often drive toward a specific outcome, such as building energy, thyroid activation, shifting metabolism, reducing stress, or bringing a positive mood to the day.
